Difference between grandparents and parents

Before there were no money, or less money
war and poverty

Goal was survive and care children

After with economic growth

Time for party, no time to worry for future, everyday is easy

No need to save due to cheap energy

I remember days going to pick up grass or vegetables with grandfather on sunday summers, and how we pack one case with much things on the bike to avoid wasting time
the tools, how much coal when using the forge, how much air to use to not make thing faster

During childhood at home I was granted plenty of toys [train, building block, bicycle, and computer for videogame [not much programming], comics

money to go out and play with friends, food [biscuits] no problem, clothing too [maybe not fashion] but better than average

I did not get expensive watches, scooter, brand clothing, bags as some of my peers, I was not interested

What I did not get also was some talking about how people is, how people try to put down others, joking about you if you re different

No need to fake being good to get presents,
