It’s like when want to build a house and need all regulations to be synchroni3ed among not only money, city laws, but also connect to think how it will be used, the in and out of people, the holistic view of creating and destroying at the end.
Now laws are separate and intertwine like spaghetti western, where the smart or bad people can get it done for themselves
