Last Sunday I wanted to bring my airbook to a apple store to check some heating and core shutdown issues

I went to their website at 14st location to setup to make reservation. But for some mantainance was down so was not possible

We got there and lady try to make a appo but sooner is in 3 hours. She says go upstairs and maybe wait little

Upstairs Concierge was just saying that website was working and she showing no problem. I point out that the regular site is fucked up too. I wanted to show her on her iMac but she just push me to go different one

After she told me to go to another computer to do what I wanted, I was going to show her the website down but she just nod to the screen and left, without attempting an excuse for her rudeness. I think she was from some suburbia [her name was strange and can not recall at all]

Anyway I left and then come back 3 hours later but did not get touch with her

I was writing on my personal diary about a former business partner whom sometimes receiving a phone call from client and in the meantime he was preparing a cappuccino, so he was checking if the foam was right density. But because the phone cord was not long enough to reach the coffee machine in the kitchen counter. He had to pull himself closer. Stretching his arm. Me and a close young friend were laughing at this 50 something person multitasking, he could not decide which was more important: client – cappuccino.

now I work part time for another one, who try to be cool going to aerobic or hip hop classes, using ipod to listen music or watch history video, pretending to have a strategy when the company does not have an inventory system so if somebody buys products the order is manually fulfilled after somebody check the storage for to be sure there is one left.

The new strategic idea in this recession period is to rent more space to fix the mess, this idea despite accounting, and me, design, suggested is just a expenses we can use for something better. The rest of people just watch around like sheep.

Anyway he likes to see clean space that will become a clusterfuck anyway.
